Specializing in the sale of live Christmas trees, Santa’s Own offers an extensive catalog of Christmas decorations and accessories. The company has clients all over the United States who regularly make their holiday purchases through the website. However, their existing site was not all-inclusive and could be frustrating for visitors at times.
We redesigned the site to feature the company’s entire catalog, with a system that lists each type of available tree along with specifications, images, and video. We also incorporated a dealer locator, allowing consumers to search for Santa’s Own dealers in their area by address or zip code. We designed newsletters and launched email marketing campaigns for the company, and set up an automated lead capture system for newsletter signups.
On the back end, we created a private area for dealers. They can log in to access pricing, inventory, and other private sales information, and download high-definition product photos for use in their promotional material. A signmaker tool lets them create retail store signs with logos and pricing.
We’re currently developing a training program for new dealers that will allow them to watch videos and learn more about the trees, and then take a quiz that can be viewed by the company’s owners for evaluation.
